See Permission Form to compete, test or appear at a function hosted by a diffferent USFSA club. Any MVSC officer can sign the form. Permission is valid until the date your curent MVSC membership expires. If you plan to participate in an event in July, please be sure to renew your MVSC membership in a timely manner.
